Privacy Statement

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This Privacy Statement explains how Lomni Solutions (“Lomni”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information in connection with our website at lomnisolutions.com, including its English and Chinese pages (the “Site”), and when you contact us by email.

1. The short version

  • The Site has no accounts, sign-ups, analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies.
  • The inquiry form on our contact page does not send anything to us. It prepares a summary in your browser for you to copy into an email.
  • We receive personal information mainly when you email us, and we use it to reply and to do business with you.
  • We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

2. Information we collect

Information you send us. When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include, such as your name, company, job title, phone number and details about your project, racks, GPUs or timeline.

Technical information. When you visit the Site, our hosting and security provider processes standard technical data needed to deliver the pages and protect the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages requested and the date and time of the request.

Web fonts. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. To do this, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. Google handles this under its own privacy policy.

3. Cookies

We do not set cookies and do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie in limited cases, for example to tell legitimate visitors apart from automated attacks. These cookies are not used to track you across websites.

4. How we use information

  • to respond to your inquiries and prepare quotes;
  • to negotiate, enter into and perform agreements with you or your organization;
  • to operate, maintain and secure the Site;
  • to keep business records and comply with legal obligations; and
  • to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or performing one; our legitimate interests in running our business and securing the Site; and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only as follows:

  • Service providers that process it on our behalf, including Cloudflare (website hosting, security and email routing) and Google (email and web fonts);
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, under a duty of confidentiality;
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Lomni or others; and
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Statement.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.

6. International transfers

Lomni is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses offered by our service providers.

7. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to pursue a business relationship, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact unless we have entered into an agreement. Records relating to an agreement are kept for its duration and for as long afterwards as required by law or needed to resolve disputes. Technical logs held by our hosting provider are retained according to its own policies.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you and obtain a copy;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where we rely on it; and
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, email info@lomnisolutions.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this Privacy Statement

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If we make material changes, we will update that date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

12. Contact
