Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 9, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at lomnisolutions.com, including its English and Chinese pages (the “Site”), operated by Lomni Solutions (“Lomni”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our services are provided under separate agreements

The Site describes services such as GPU capacity, managed token supply, AI digital employees and liquid cooling. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a binding commitment. Any service we provide is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

2. Information on the Site

The Site is provided for general information. Figures shown on the Site, including price ranges, savings percentages, efficiency ratings such as PUE, hardware specifications and reported customer results, are indicative. Actual results depend on your workloads, facilities, configuration and other factors. Prices, specifications and availability are confirmed only in a written quote or agreement and may change without notice. We try to keep the Site accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure or any connected system;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malicious code or placing an unreasonable load on it through automated access; or
  • copy or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, design and the Lomni Solutions name and logo, are owned by Lomni or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal business evaluation. No other right or licence is granted.

NVIDIA, Blackwell and related product names are trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of Lomni.

5. Information you send us

The inquiry form on our contact page runs entirely in your browser: it prepares a summary for you to copy and does not send anything to us. When you email us, please do not include confidential or proprietary information until a confidentiality agreement is in place between us. How we handle personal information you send is described in our Privacy Statement.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party services, such as hosting and web fonts, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOMNI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR FREE OF ERRORS OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOMNI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION ON IT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY UNDER ANY SEPARATE SERVICE AGREEMENT, WHICH IS GOVERNED BY ITS OWN TERMS.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. The English version of these Terms controls if it differs from any translation.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@lomnisolutions.com.
